14-Day Return Policy
We provide a 14-day return window. To be eligible, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags and protective films, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customer Reasons: If you change your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
Our Error: If the watch is defective or damaged upon arrival, Timeless-era will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
