1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The handbag must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@timelessera.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the Return Shipping Address and instructions.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If the handbag is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@timelessera.shop.
