1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 15$.
  • All shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or external factors.

5. Order Tracking

Once your handbag has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Address Changes

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at support@timelessera.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
